What this is — and is not
A new faucet is plumbing. A bath remodel is the room: the layout, the shower, the tile, the vanity, the lighting, the fan, and the finish. We do both. We will say which one you actually need.

What to expect
We come look at the bath in person. If the work can start from that visit, we say so. If it needs a schedule — tile lead time, a layout change, a permit — you get a clear day and a clear number.

- One crew owns electrical, plumbing, tile, and finish.
- The room is cleaned up. If something is off, we come back.
North Shore houses
Highland Park, Winnetka, and Lake Forest baths are used hard and expected to look easy. Older stacks, tight powder rooms, showers that were never quite right. We work those rooms the same way we work a kitchen — one crew, start to finish.
Primary baths and powder rooms
A primary bath is layout, waterproofing, a shower that works every morning, ventilation, lighting, and a vanity that will still look right in ten years. A powder room is smaller and has to look finished when company walks in. Grab bars set into structure if the house needs them. We do both.
Waterproofing, tile, and time
A shower that lasts is the pan, the membrane, and the slope — not just the tile you picked. Lead time on tile and vanities is real. A powder room can be a short calendar. A primary bath with a layout change is not. We put that on paper before demo.
Permits
Moving a toilet or a shower is permitted work in these villages. A faucet swap is not. We will tell you which one you asked for and pull the permit when the room needs it.
