Nailed It North Shore LLC provides residential electrical work, plumbing, handyman services, general repairs, and kitchen and bath remodeling primarily in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago (including Northbrook, Glenview, Glencoe, Highland Park, Kenilworth, Winnetka, and surrounding areas). We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We do not service the City of Chicago.

2. Estimates, quotes, and contracts

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Written estimates or contracts must be accepted before work begins on larger projects.
Additional work outside the original scope may require a change order and additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

3. Payment terms

Payment is due as specified on the invoice or contract (typically upon completion for smaller jobs; deposits or progress payments may be required for larger projects). Late payments may incur interest or collection costs as permitted by Illinois law.

4. Text messaging / SMS terms

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. You may receive several messages related to a single job (reminders, arrival notices, follow-ups, etc.).
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not charge for the texts themselves.
